We put signs up around the ground telling us that we're a small club. We're as bad as the Magpies expecting miracles and Europe and such. Our early performances haven't helped to be fair. (Lucky) Wins against Arsenal and Liverpool has given some of our fans a ridiculous sense of grandeur. It's Bruce's first season, it's a new squad, we've been decimated by injuries but we're on a poor run and for some reason this gives our fans permission to boo.
When things get tough, why start getting on our own players backs? We need to encourage them, at the end of the day, they want to perform, they're not doing it to spite us, it honestly makes me embarrassed.

I like Bruce, I really do. However, you have to look at the injury to Cattermole and admit to it being absolutely crucial! Its not been the same since. I think he's taking you on the right track, but he inherited a really poor squad and its going to take time.

You have had a lot of injuries, thats all thats saving Bruce (who I rate) from my criticism. However, you are on a wretched run and need to sort it out really, duno why you've signed Benjani he really adds nothing new to your squad.
Spend a lot of money, need to be doing better.
